Statements of Need

Statements of need are summaries that establish the focus and rationale for a project. They provide current data and evidence as to why a project should be undertaken based on the target population, their needs, and how those needs can best be addressed. Both the Parks and Recreation Commission and Commission on Aging independently provide their statements here.
